My A/C service technician Robert showed up and repaired the issue within less than an hour time. He also was very thorough and checked to make sure my system was operating properly and it contained the right freon level. The price that this company changed for the services performed is one of the best in the metro Atlanta area. If I ever need anything else for my a/c unit, I’m definitely calling R&A Cooling LLC.

R&A gave me a window of 12-4pm, but they came on the early side. I was able to track (in their app) where my technician was located, his progress towards my house, and his ETA. I explained what the issue was and he went to work. Within about 30 minutes he had diagnosed and repaired the issue. He was able to answer additional technical questions I had. This was my first experience with this company and I'm SO glad they performed.
